WHAT IS TRANSFORMATIONAL COACHING?

Transformation coaching is the process of taking a look at your belief systems, as it relates to your goals and evaluating, shifting and adjusting to allow your beliefs to match your actions and desires.

“The majority of our beliefs were programmed in us in our early years and as far back as when we were babies/toddlers. Some of the reasons that we do what we do may even be tied to our environment in our mother’s wombs. In transformation work, we question everything. One of my favorite questions is, “Is this belief even yours?” Where did it come from?”

In this aligned state, one also can uncover inner peace, well-being and joy which all lead to you having a better life experience for you and those around you and you showing up better in the world. A Transformation coach works alongside you in this process as a steward, guide and thinking partner to help you peel back the layers and shine a light on any areas within you that may be aiding in sabotaging your desired progress in any area of your life professionally, financially, health-wise or spiritually.

As a certified as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, my emphasis is on behavior change and transformational work. 

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole. 

HOW TO KNOW IF I NEED A COACH

YOU MIGHT BE THINKING:

  • This uncertainty makes me anxious

  • I am responsible for everything and in control of nothing

  • Every problem I’ve been able to bury in the busy of normal is under the microscope right now and there’s no place to hide

HOW IT WORKS:

An onboarding process is undergone where the new client does a written pre-session exploratory assignment where they communicate desired outcomes, goals and desires. They also share how an individual “wins” and “loses” with them to make for a positive experience off the back.

If we are a match, four weekly sessions, sixty minutes in duration, are set aside monthly on the same day of the week and time.

They also share how an individual “wins” and “loses” with them to make for a positive experience off the back.

During the session, the transformation coach will have a loose agenda to bring to the session, however, these sessions are highly client led. As life works, each day/week in our lives are different, so the energy or need of the client that day, for what is pressing in their lives at the time, takes precedence for that session. The well-equipped coach is trained to come to the session with available tools to “reach for” as needed to help the client move from where they are that session, closer to their predetermined goals.
